1) Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (driver and equipment)

2) Must have a valid commercial driver’s license with proper endorsements. No current suspension or revocation. A work permit is not acceptable.

3) No Major traffic violations in the last three years. This includes:
     a) Reckless/careless driving
     b) Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs within the last 5 years
     c) Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident
    d) Excessive speeding; defined by DOT as any single offense of 15 or more MPH over posted
    e) Any rear end collision.
f) No preventable accidents involving fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle in the past three years.

4) Cannot have more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years or no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months.

5) Must have two years of verifiable over the road experience in operation of a tractor-trailer.

6) Must be at least 23 years old.

for referring a qualified driver (Contingent on the referred driver staying for 90 days)


86.5% of line haul plus 100% pass through on all accessorial including fuel surcharge.
